NEULANDT Pitchshine Ltd, in
cooperation with Neulandt of Austria, is using the butterfly precast system
invented by Neulandt, for building high quality houses as well as other
facilities, such as hospitals, military installations, schools, multi storage
buildings, commercial centres etc, The specific system
allows, economies of scale and fast deliveries, while the robust high quality
of the structures, allow us to give to the client many years of structural
warranties. Presently the Company negotiates and is about to conclude a contract for the construction of 2000 houses (2 and 3 bedroom, ground plus 2) for the Army in Rwanda and another 6000 houses for the Social Security Board in the same Country.
