Pitchshine Ltd has executed the following main projects in the construction material sector, in energy and in the industrial services. However recent energy projects from renewables are under execution and not yet listed bellow:

IRAQ

  • ESKAN GROUP (an Iraqi Company) is about to start the construction of a Cement Plant of 5,000 tns Clinker per day, including a Power Plant of 40 MW. 
    Pitchshine is the Consultant for the Project having performed the full design and studies.

  • GALALA GROUP  (an Iraqi Company) is about to start the construction of a Cement Plant of 5,000 tns Clinker per day, including a Power Plant of 40 MW. 
    Pitchshine is the Consultant, having performed the full design and studies.
  • KAR GROUP (an Iraqi company) has appointed Pitchshine as their consultant for the acquisition in Europe of a number of Assets in the construction materials sector.

ALGERIA

  • HODNA CEMENT COMPANY (HCC)  (an Algerian Company), is about to start the construction of a Cement Plant of 6,000 tns Clinker per day capacity. 
    Pitchshine is the Consultant for the financing and construction of the Project.

NIGERIA

  • FIRST INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT GROUP (a Nigerian Company) has awarded to Pitchshine the design and operation of its Quarries in Abuja Nigeria and Ibadan.

  • FIRST INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT GROUP (a Nigerian Company) is about to build a major Workshop in Lagos Nigeria, to maintain its fleet of vehicles and heavy construction equipment, being about 140 different types of construction mobile equipment, 80 Trucks and 70 Pick - ups and Passenger cars. 
    Pitchshine has been awarded the contract for the feasibility study, design and supervision of construction of the Workshop.

  • FIRST INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT GROUP, (a Nigerian Company) has awarded PITCHSHINE the contract for investigating and developing two mines for Gold and Tin in North Nigeria in the area of Bauchi and Jos.

  • FIRST INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT GROUP (a Nigerian Company), has awarded Pitchshine the development of tailor-made software for the organization of all their activities including warehouses and plant + equipment.

AUSTRIA

  • ASAMER GROUP (an Austrian Company) with its associated partners, are about to acquire three existing Cement Plants in Europe. 
    Pitchshine Ltd is participating in the due diligence and negotiations.

  • GHS GMBH (GLOBALSOLUTIONS) (an Austrian Company) is about to convert a 45,000 tn bulk carrier to a self-propelled floating terminal, for the handling of construction materials. 
    Pitchshine Ltd is the Consultant for the design and supervision of the conversion.
